Vietnamese veterans meet with Ukrainian veterans in Kiev
The Vietnam Veteran Association have met with the Ukrainian Veterans Association at the national museum “Battle for Kiev 1943”.

Attending the exchange were the leaders of the Ukrainian War Veterans Association, the representatives of the State Committee for Veterans Affairs, the deputy Governor of the Kiev City, the director of the museum and the Ukrainian veterans who contributed to Vietnam’s national liberation struggles.
On the Vietnamese side, there are Vietnamese Defense Attaché in Ukraine, the leaders of the Vietnam Veterans Association in Ukraine and over 100 Vietnamese veterans living and working in Ukraine.
The leaders of the Association of Veterans of Ukraine and the leaders of the Vietnam Veterans of Ukraine Association have recalled the tradition of friendship between the two peoples and the veterans of the two countries.
Delegates visited the Museum, placed flowers at the Monument of the soldiers who sacrificed in the fight for the liberation of Kiev. At the end of the visit is an outdoor party./.
