Vietnamese’s Pacific High School Students Win Global Robotics Games 2023
On November 20, students from Pacific High School in Can Tho were honored for their high achievements in the Singapore's Global Robotics Games 2023.
The competition took place in Singapore from November 15 – 17, with 16 Vietnamese teams. Director of Pacific High School Nguyen Thanh Thong said that with the school's students winning the 2023 Global Robotics Games in Singapore, this is a reward for their talents and love for science. This helps demonstrate the students' passion for science and technology and creates a learning environment that inspires other students.

Thong also said that since the Pacific Education System introduced the STEM Robotics Program as an officially taught subject, it has ignited a passion for science and creativity.
In the STEM Robotic program, the school aims to provide students with a creative learning environment, igniting passion, and promoting critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Deputy Director of Can Tho City Department of Education and Training Nguyen Phuc Tang said that Pacific High School is a non-public school with many achievements. The fact that the school's primary school students won the Global Robotics Games 2023 in Singapore is a wonderful success.
They surpassed 46 competing teams, including many teams from other countries with strengths in robotics. Tang said this is the result of a long process of striving by teachers and students, and the attention of school leaders and parents of the students. It is a proud achievement of Can Tho's education sector.
