The Central Highlands: Cloudy, with moderate rain at night and sunny during the day. Lowest temperature: 18-21 degrees. Highest temperature: 27-30 degrees.

The Southern region: Cloudy and sunny during the day, with moderate to heavy rain at some places in the evening. Lowest temperature: 24-27 degrees. Highest temperature: 31-34 degrees, some places in the East are above 34 degrees.

Hanoi: Cloudy with no rain in the evening and at night. The temperature is low and the weather is extremely cold and harmful to people’s health. Lowest temperature: 12-15 degrees, some places below 9 degrees. Highest temperature: 15-18 degrees, some places above 18 degrees.

Da Nang: The Central Hydro-Meteorological Station said that on December 19, the Da Nang area continued to have moderate to heavy rain in some places. The temperature ranges from 20 to 26 degrees.
