The International Cultural Exchange Program - Performance of Costumes and Intangible Cultural Heritage of China and Foreign Countries took place in Beijing (China) on September 7. The event was part of China International Fashion Week - Autumn 2025, held from September 5 to 14.

The “RoK-Vietnam Global Exchange” event was solemnly held at Chunghyodang Heritage Site in North Gyeongsang Province, where relics of Vietnam’s royal Ly lineage are preserved.

Hailing the sector’s outstanding achievements and contributions, Party General Secretary To Lam stressed that the Vietnamese diplomatic service is now facing a historic mission. He called on the sector to focus on building a comprehensive, modern, and professional diplomacy imbued with Vietnamese identity; ensuring comprehensiveness across all three pillars of Party diplomacy, State diplomacy, and people-to-people diplomacy; closely integrating diplomacy with national defence, security, economy, science and technology, culture, and foreign service information; and modernising itself in terms of mindset, methods, and tools.

More than just a cultural festival, “Colors of ASEAN” is an occasion for international friends to meet, interact, and bond in a spirit of friendship through artistic performances and traditional costumes rich in national identity.
