2024 National Journalism Awards for Gender Equality: Winners Announced
Since its official launch on November 1, the awards have gained widespread attention from media outlets across the country, receiving nearly 370 submissions in various formats, including print, online, radio, and television. The entries focused on three key themes: combating gender-based violence, promoting gender equality in digital transformation, and fostering gender equality in economic development.

| The Central Committee of the Vietnam Women’s Union, in collaboration with UN Women and the Vietnam Journalists Association, hosted the National Journalism Awards on Gender Equality 2024 in Hanoi on December 18. The awards honored 24 outstanding works from various categories, including print, online, radio, and television. Additionally, three organizations: Vietnam Women’s Newspaper, Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Newspaper, and Nghe An Newspaper, were recognized for submitting the highest number of entries. The National Journalism Awards on Gender Equality 2024 is part of the activities marking the Action Month for Gender Equality and the Prevention of Gender-Based Violence. |
