The National Action Month on Gender Equality and Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response is held from November 15 to December 15 every year.

After 7 years of implementation (2016-2022), more than 10 million people have been informed and approached the messages of the Month of Action. The month contributes to raising awareness and changing the behavior of officials and people for gender equality and preventing and responding to gender-based violence.

It attracted the participation of all localities and many ministries, units and central agencies to develop plans and implement activities to respond to the Month of Action.
