Strengthening People-to-People Diplomacy in Science and Technology in Vietnam
	Effective Coordination in Promoting People-to-people Exchange between Vietnam and RoK

These eight Party cells include cells of the People's Aid Coordinating Committee, Americas Department, Asia - Africa Department, Administrative Office, Europe Department, Multilateral Affairs Department, Vietnam - China Friendship Palace Management Board, the VietnamTimes magazine.

At the Congresses, Party cells reviewed the implementation of their Resolutions for the 2022-2025 term, outlined the directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2027 term, and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations for the 2025-2030 term.

The documents submitted to the Congress were carefully prepared, closely following the practical activities of each unit. The political report provided a comprehensive assessment of the term’s achievements, highlighted strengths, identified limitations, along with their causes and lessons learned. The collection of opinions and contributions from Party members was carried out strictly, promoting the spirit of democracy, responsibility, and collective intelligence. The personnel work for the new term's executive committees was carried out in accordance with the Party's procedures and regulations, ensuring standards, inheritance, innovation, and development.

Within the framework of the Party Cell Congresses, numerous delegates contributed opinions centered on clarifying the leadership role of Party cells in Party building and the execution of political tasks. Delegates also shared experiences and proposed solutions to enhance the effectiveness of Party cells' activities, emthe phasizing the pioneering spirit and responsibility of Party members, particularly the younger generation.

Speaking at the Congress of Party Cells, representatives of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations recognized and commended the Party Cells for their diligent and comprehensive preparations. The political reports were grounded in reality, providing an honest assessment of achievements while identifying existing challenges, their causes, and appropriate recommendations. Discussions and contributions reflected a strong sense of responsibility and constructive engagement, enhancing the quality of Party Cell activities and supporting the successful fulfillment of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations’ collective political tasks.

The leaders of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations urged Party Cells and department leaders to uphold the principles of solidarity, democracy, responsibility, and exemplary leadership. They emphasized the need to strengthen political and ideological work, organizational and personnel management, inspection, mass mobilization, and the leadership of mass organization activities. Special attention should be given to supporting Party members and cadres within each unit, encouraging efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges while effectively implementing key tasks in Party building alongside professional responsibilities.

The successful completion of the Party Cells' Congresses marks a crucial preparatory step for the upcoming Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations for the 2025-2030 tenure, set to take place on June 27, 2025.
