Mr. Thin is making chili sauce, a spice that makes Pho even more delicious
Mr. Thin said, he chose Melbourne the second destination abroad of Pho Thin because it is like Tokyo, a fastidious market. He wants to challenge himself in this market.
According to the chef, the noodle soup has retained its authentic flavor and presentation. The thin beef slices are flash-fried before topping the noodles together with sliced spring onion and boiling beef broth.
In the future, he hopes to bring Pho Thin to Europe, especially France.
