Vietnamese Summer Language Class Opens in Romania

The annual program is jointly organized by the Vietnamese Association in Romania and the Embassy of Vietnam in Romania. It aims to help young Vietnamese in Romania preserve and promote their cultural heritage, particularly the Vietnamese language. In addition to language lessons, the program also includes a variety of engaging outdoor group activities.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ambassador Le Vinh Thang emphasized: “Preserving and promoting the Vietnamese language within the community is not only about safeguarding a language, but also about preserving our identity, cultural values, traditions, and the sacred bond with our homeland.”

Pham Duy Hung, President of the Vietnamese Association in Romania, expressed his sincere appreciation on behalf of the organizing committee and parents to the Embassy, community organizations, teachers, volunteers, individuals, and businesses for their continued support. Their contributions in facilities, time, effort, and encouragement have helped create a joyful, friendly, and enriching learning environment for the children.
