Vietnamese Language Teachers’ Club Established in Sweden

At the ceremony, the organizing committee announced the decision to establish the Vietnamese Language Teachers’ Club in Sweden and introduced the Club’s Executive Board.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador Tran Van Tuan emphasized the importance of preserving the Vietnamese language among overseas Vietnamese communities, describing it as a vital link connecting generations with their families, homeland, and national cultural identity. The Ambassador highly appreciated the dedication of teachers, parents, volunteers, and community organizations in maintaining and advancing Vietnamese language teaching and learning activities in Sweden.

Representatives of the Federation of Vietnamese Associations and other Vietnamese community organizations in Sweden also delivered congratulatory remarks, affirming their support for the establishment of the Club. They described it as a meaningful initiative that will strengthen community bonds, preserve Vietnamese culture, and assist families in maintaining the Vietnamese language for future generations.
On behalf of the Club’s Executive Board, Sally Luu Nguyen delivered remarks upon accepting her role and outlined the Club’s future plans. These will focus on connecting teachers, sharing educational materials and teaching methodologies, and coordinating with parents and community organizations to create a practical Vietnamese-language learning environment for younger generations.
