Bac Kan Locals Strive to Support People with Disability
As one of the first six members of the Self-Help Group in Na Ri district, Bac Kan province, Nong Van Chuan has always had the ambition of establishing an organisation specifically for people with disability in the district. From farmers who had no prior experience in establishing an organisation, with their determination and unwavering will, Chuan and the Group members have continuously strived, step by step, to lay the foundation for the Na Ri District Organisation of People with Disability with technical support from ChildFund Vietnam and the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC).
