At the headquarters of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in Sofia, the Embassy of Vietnam in Bulgaria, in coordination with the BCCI and the Vietnam Business Association in Bulgaria, recently organized a seminar titled “Vietnam-Bulgaria Cooperation in Economy and Industry; Sharing Experiences in Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Green Transition.”

On March 11, 2026, Vietnamese Ambassador to Bulgaria Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet paid a working visit to Kazanlak and held talks with Mayor Galina Stoyanova to promote local-level cooperation between the city of Kazanlak and Lai Chau province, while also discussing plans to promote Vietnam’s image at the 2026 Rose Festival.

On March 2, the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam-Bulgaria Friendship Association, held a gathering to commemorate the 148th National Day of the Republic of Bulgaria (March 3, 1878 - March 3, 2026) and the 76th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Bulgaria (1950 - 2026). The event provided an opportunity to review outstanding cooperation achievements, particularly in education and trade, while reaffirming the determination to further deepen the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Bulgaria in the new era.
