CPAFFC President thanks VUFO and international friends for their assistance in coronavirus fight

“We really appreciate your encouragement on social media platforms, as well as material and spiritual support for the Chinese people during this trying time. We firmly believe that, with the resolute leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the immense power of socialism with its own Chinese characteristics and the active support of the international community, Chinese people will unanimously win the fight against this virus,” she wrote in the message to the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO).
In response to the above message, VUFO Vice President cum General Secretary Bach Ngoc Chien, also expressed sympathies to people of China and condolences to relatives of those who died of the disease.
He spoke of the prompt direction of leaders of the party and government of China as well as efforts of local governments and people in fighting and controlling the disease situation.
He expressed VUFO’s belief that under the leadership of the CCP, the Chinese government will lead their people to surmount the challenge and prevent the disease soon, contributing to protecting the health of people in China as well as in the region and the world.
Hopefully, the situation will soon stabilize as the two sides are working together to fight off the disease. Both CPAFFC and VUFO will continue to coordinate and organize well the people's friendship activities on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China in 2020./.
