In a high-level mission to Da Nang on December 4, Australian Commissioner for Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence Micaela Cronin along with Ministerial officials and Heads of UN agencies acknowledged Da Nang’s impressive achievements in making the city sustainable and inclusive. The mission also met leading community forces like social workers, health workers, police and justice personnel, and women and children impacted by violence. “Da Nang’s work is inspiring, and there is so much we can learn from each other about building systems that listen, empower, and protect," noted Micaela Cronin, Australian Commissioner for Family, Domestic, and Sexual Violence during the visit. |
