Expats living in Laos is very happy and delighted at the success of the 12th National Party Congress and believes in the leadership of the Vietnamese Party and the country. 
Mr. Kham Long, an overseas Vietnamese in Vientiane, said that he had closely followed the development of the 12th National Party Congress and recognized the spirit of democracy and solidarity of the Congress. He also believed the new leaders will make the country further develop.
"The 12th National Party Congress has brought a new vitality to the country. We believe in the new leaders, and hope that we will continue to seize opportunities, develop internal force and strengths of the nation, promoting economic development as well as enhancing Vietnam’s position in the international arena," said Mr. Hoang Dieu.
The Overseas Vietnamese Community in Laos desires that the Party and State will continue to have support policies and preferences for overseas Vietnamese./.
