Racer Russell Maxenca (Canada) said: We arrived in Binh Dinh on Monday. We are very satisfied with the local organization. Our team has 2 riders and 2 technicians. We will try our best because this year's teams are all very excellent. Vietnam has a long coastline so there is a great opportunity to organize events like this.
