16 amateur teams of Vietnamese and Japanese participated in the tournament.
Hiroyuki Yoneda, a Japanese fan of the tournament, was thrilled by the event.
“This is my second time watching and cheering for Vietnamese young people to compete in a football game. There are girls wearing ao dai, and stalls selling Vietnamese food like pho, and bread, which makes it look like a festival! Coming here, I feel the passion of the young footballer and Vietnamese people are full of life!”
