The house was built solidly with an area of nearly 40 square meters, including a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen area and a toilet, suitable to the geological and terrain conditions of the mountainous area. The project also features a spacious front platform and porch, ensuring compatibility with the customs and daily practices of the Raglai people.
