On October 10 afternoon, a pregnant woman, Nguyen Thi Vy who was about to go into labour, was stranded in Dai Hung commune, Dai Loc district, Quang Nam province. After learning about her situation, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Trung Dung, Commander of the Military Headquarters in Dai Loc district promptly sent soldiers to take her to hospital.
