India Beckons: 61 Scholarships for Vietnamese Students

With the scholarship, Vietnamese students can earn the opportunity to attend 11 doctoral programs, 39 postgraduate programs, and 11 undergraduate program at prestigious universities in India, namely IIT Roorkee, Delhi University, Nalanda University, Banaras Hindu University, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Andhra University, Gujarat University, Kerala University, Lucknow University, Mysore University, Dibrugarh University and Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam.

The scholarship majors are computer science, commerce, business administration, tourism and travel management, social work, public administration, English language, and water resources. There are also students who will join the Buddhism, philosophy, psychology, Pali and ancient Indian history programs. Expenses like Indian visa fees, tuition fees, allowance to cover living expenses, dormitory accommodation, and round-trip airfare to and from India, will be fully covered.
For Vietnamese students, India also offers a fully funded program called Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation or ITEC for civil servants, professionals and academicians, ranging from one week to several weeks in various fields such as agriculture, IT, finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, English, etc. This year, there are around 130 slots available for Vietnamese civil servants, and 40 additional slots specifically for the Ministry of National Defence of Vietnam (Vietnam People's Army).
The Embassy of India to Vietnam encourages and welcomes Vietnamese candidates to apply and benefit from the aboab-mentioned scholarship programs for studying in the host country. The A2A portal https://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in/ will provide the candidates with detailed information about the scholarships, which are usually open for applications around March.
