Japan – Vietnam relationship promoted
To Huy Rua, a Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Head of the PCC Commission on Organization, and President of the Vietnam – Japan Friendship Parliamentarians' Group on September 30th received the Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Fukada Hiroshi.

During the reception, Mr. Rua said that the Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s visit to Japan from September 15th-18th had contributed to promote the comprehensive, practical, sustainable and profound relationship between Vietnam and Japan.
He praised the effective contribution of the Japanese ambassador to Vietnam, suggesting that the ambassador continue to work closely with Vietnamese agencies to carry out agreements reached by the two countries’ leaders.
Ambassador Fukada Hiroshi confirmed his continued coordination with relevant agencies to realise the results made by the Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s visit to Japan.
Ambassador Fukada said he hoped relevant agencies from the two countries would push up the remaining issues to put the Japan – Vietnam University into operation, in order to promote cooperation in education and training and manpower development between the two countries.
He asserted that he would do his utmost to make contributions to expanding cooperation between the two countries in all areas, deepening the strategic partnership for the benefits of the two peoples, and peace, stability, development and prosperity in Asia./.
