During the exchange between lecturers and trainees, there was an enthusiastic discussion on issues such as complicated administrative procedures, project resource management, cultural differences, and working methods with foreign NGOs. By sharing experiences and providing practical solutions, the training session not only equipped participants with skills but also helped remove obstacles, facilitating the attraction and implementation of local NGO projects.
This training program is considered a practical activity, enhancing the effectiveness of cooperation with foreign NGOs in Lao Cai. The Lao Cai Union of Friendship Organizations hopes that through this program, agencies, units, and localities in the province will attract more resources from international NGOs, ensuring transparency and efficiency in implementing aid projects and contributing to the sustainable development of the province.
