On the occasion of the 2021 Vietnam's Traditional New Year, the Central Chairman of Laos - Vietnam Friendship Association Khambay Damlath sent a congratulatory message to the Central Chairman of the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association Tran Van Tuy.

In his congratulatory message, the Chairman of Laos - Vietnam Friendship Association highly appreciated the great achievements that Vietnamese people had earned in the cause of national defense and development, maintaining political stability, keeping the economy to continue growing at the forefront in all fields, improving people's lives, expanding foreign relations, and raising the country's role and position in the international and regional arena. He highlighted the successes in implementing the Resolution of the 12th Congress, as well as efforts to put the Resolution of the XII Congress into effect, which was an important milestone in the development and demonstration of the ingenious and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, bringing the country to continuous development.

Mr. Khambay Damlath also expressed his belief that, under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnamese people will continue to gain greater achievements in the work to industrialize and modernize the country according to socialist orientation, heading to wealthy civilization, strong country, democracy, justice, civilization and to become a developed country in the middle of the 21st century.
