In the field of people-to-people diplomacy, the Ambassador and the Embassy of Mongolia in Viet Nam supported the Vietnam-Mongolia Friendship Association in implementing many practical activities that contributed to enhancing mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries. These included promoting Mongolian culture and literature in Viet Nam through works such as The Secret History of the Mongols: The Life of Chinggis Khagan, The Clear Blue Thami River, and Mongolian Folktales.

In education, the Ambassador promoted the provision of scholarships under bilateral agreements between the two governments. Currently, around 50 Mongolian students are studying in Viet Nam under this program.

People-to-people exchanges in the religious sphere have also been promoted through exchange activities and participation in Buddhist seminars between the two countries, contributing to stronger cultural and spiritual ties.
