The International Food and Culture Fair is organized by the Spouses of the Ambassadors, with the participation of more than 40 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, America and the Middle East.

This year's goal of raising money for charity for four community support centers. The fair attracted more than 3,000 visitors, mainly Brazilians and some other South American countries.

Handicraft products of Vietnam attract many foreigners at the fair for its unique and creative craftmenship. People are most interested in lacquered coconut bowls, brocade bags, silk products like scarf and ties.

This is also an opportunity for local diners to enjoy the delicious cuisine from the Southeasy Asian country, imbued with the unique identity. Vietnamese-style tea and coffee are the most popular.

According to the Oganizing Commitee, the International Food and Culture Fair is a good opportunity to promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam with unique and special cultural values. It helps the peoples of the host countries understanding more Vietnam and leaves good impression with international friends.

Earlier this year, another meaningful cultural exchange was held by the Vietnamese Embassy to Brazil to encourage people-to-people diplomacy. The Vietnamese Embassy in Brazil in coordination with the Federation Trade in Goods, Services and Tourism of the Federal District (Fecomércio-DF) and the Young Exporters Institute (IJEx) of the host country launched the event "Coffee with Ambassador - Vietnamese version."

This event honored Vietnamese enterprises that have trade partnership with Brazilian firms. Accoridng to VOV, there were 150 participants, including businesses involving in agriculture, services, logistics, tourism, and manufacturing, was also expected to open up plenty of opportunities to connect Vietnamese and Brazilian.
