The Week of Digital Transformation and Startup Innovation - Mekong Delta 2024 will take place from May 22 to 24, with a series of activities, seminars, and exhibitions such as digital transformation for state agencies, businesses, agriculture, and environmental resources; seminars on investment promotion, trade promotion and information technology human resource training promotion.

It's expected to attract over 1,000 delegates from localities and provinces, cities in the Southern region.

Delegates signed a cooperation agreement with Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee on digital transformation at the Digital Transformation and Innovation Start-up Week - Mekong Delta 2023 in Hau Giang.

The event aims to promote the development of digital transformation solutions and seek technological solutions and innovation in developing a green and sustainable economy suitable for the locality, especially in the agricultural and environmental sectors. At the same time, gathering and communicating about successful innovative startup models to the domestic and international innovation startup community. Thereby, creating opportunities for exchange and cooperation between state agencies and businesses providing digital transformation products and solutions, innovative startups, contributing to promoting economic development in the region.

Through this event, Hau Giang also wants to introduce effective digital transformation models and solutions in businesses, thereby encouraging businesses to participate in digital transformation; promoting the connection between the innovative startup ecosystem, and ecosystem actors, and developing the creative startup movement in the province; linking the provincial ecosystem with the regional and national ecosystem.

Along with that, focusing on introducing and promoting projects, startup products, One Commune One Product (OCOP) products, typical industrial and local tourism products; creating opportunities to exchange and learn experiences between start-up organizations and individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises with start-up experts inside and outside the province.
