National flag carrier continues to be certified as 4-star airline
National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has been certified as a 4-star airline by the international air transport rating organisation Skytrax for the third consecutive year.

With this certification, Vietnam Airlines was ranked alongside some of the world’s most reputable airlines, including Air France, Emirates, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, and British Airway.
The awards are based on surveys of more than 20 million travellers, who rated more than 335 airlines between August 2017 and May 2018.
The year 2018 continues seeing Vietnam Airline’s concerted efforts to improve its service quality.
The airline is operating 90 air routes to 20 domestic destinations and 29 international ones with a total of over 400 daily flights.
In 2017, Vietnam Airlines recorded impressive sales of VND 88.4 trillion (USD 3.8 billion) and carried 26.5 million passengers. Its on-time performance index (OTP) reached over 90 per cent./.
