| Samaritan’s Purse Supports Vietnamese Provinces Hit by Storm No. 10 and Flooding |
In Ha Tinh, relief packages consisting of household and kitchen items, personal hygiene kits, and essential food supplies were distributed to 1,500 households in Thach Khe Commune (October 14), Dong Tien Commune (October 15), and Dong Kinh Commune (October 16).

On October 16, 2025, the relief program continued in Tuyen Quang Province, where 800 households in Ha Giang 1 and Ha Giang 2 wards received aid packages to help them overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives following the disaster.
Earlier, immediately after Storm No. 10, Samaritan’s Purse had provided essential supplies to 350 households in Ha Tinh. Dave Kletzing, Country Director of Samaritan’s Purse in Vietnam, said: “We are very grateful for the opportunity to bring relief and hope during this challenging time.”

The Samaritan’s Purse relief kits contain essential items such as pots, blankets, mosquito nets, solar lamps, personal hygiene products (towels, soap, dental care items, etc.), and basic food staples such as rice, salt, sugar, milk, and cooking oil.
