A stamp bearing a portrait of the late General Hoang Van Thai was released on May 7th at a ceremony in Hanoi.
The stamp, which was designed by painter Do Lenh Tuan features a portrait of General Hoang Van Thai in the military uniform of the Vietnam People’s Army with a flying flag in the background. It measures 43x32mm and is printed in a VND3,000 denomination and will be available from post offices, with a limited number of only one million available for sale.
