On the morning of August 5 in Hanoi, as part of the 33rd Diplomatic Conference, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs convened a plenary session on Party diplomacy and people-to-people diplomacy. The session was held in a hybrid format, connecting participants in person with 34 provinces and centrally governed cities nationwide, as well as Vietnam's representative missions abroad.
