Born in Hue, raised in Can Tho, and later settling in France, Cecile Le Pham has always kept her heart tied to her homeland. Returning to Vietnam in 1992, she has been steadfastly devoted to orphanages, writing a humanitarian journey that has lasted more than three decades.
