Forbes Magazine has named People’s Artist Bach Tuyet, a cai luong (reformed opera) performer, on its 50 Over 50: Asia 2023 list.

Upon retirement the artists couple Kieu My Dung and Tran Thien curate an exhibit that keeps traditional art mementoes collected during years of performing.

Google Doodle dedicates its homepage covers today (September 28) featuring a group of artists in Vietnamese traditional costumes performing reformed theatre or Cai Luong in Vietnamese, on the observance of the Vietnam Stage Day.
