The capsizing of the Vinh Xanh 58 tourist boat in Ha Long Bay has resulted in significant casualties. In response to this tragedy, leaders of Cuba and various embassies in Vietnam have expressed their heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the Government and people of Vietnam.
