Nearly 300 representatives from around 100 foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs), along with representatives from ministries, sectors and localities, met in Hai Phong on October 1. The conference focused on addressing institutional obstacles while connecting international resources with Viet Nam’s new development priorities, including science and technology, digital transformation, green growth and human resource development.
