On July 20, at the "Technical Training Program for Vietnamese Dispatch Companies" seminar in Hanoi, Japanese officials from the General Administration of Immigration and Residence of Japan emphasized the role of dispatch companies for guaranteeing the benefits to Vietnamese trainees during their internship.
