Under the UK Prosperity Fund’s Global Future Cities Programme, the British Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and the HCMC Department of Transportation co-organised a workshop introducing the smart ticketing system, challenges, difficulties and lessons learned from integrators that have implemented the system in the world.
