The 11th Vietnam – India People's Friendship Festival just opened in Chennai, the capital of India’s Tamil Nadu state.

Business and cultural ties between the two countries will be strengthened, said Velagapudi Kavitha Dutt, joint managing director of The KCP Limited, the new-ly Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Tamil Nadu.
