The 2023 Horasis Asia Meeting opened in the southern province of Binh Duong on December 4, attracting over 700 participants.

The World Smart Community Organization (ICF) announced the top 7 smart communities in the world in 2023. The only representative from Vietnam, Binh Duong Province, was once again honored.
