The friendship dance festival has the participation of 14 competition teams from junior high schools, high schools and universities' chapters belonging to the Hanoi's Vietnam - UK Friendship Association, creating an opportunity to further enhance cultural and artistic understanding between the two countries and the relationship between the two peoples.
