The Vietnam Ao Dai Heritage Club in Laos, under the Vietnam Ao Dai Heritage Club and the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Preservation Support Fund, held a ceremony to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8 and launch the club under the theme “Vietnamese Ao Dai - Connecting Cultures, Spreading Identity.” The event took place on the evening of March 9 in Vientiane, Laos.

A vibrant year-end gathering, organized by the Vientiane club of Vietnamese from Hue, brought warmth to the Vietnamese community in Laos on December 28, as part of a series of celebrations welcoming the Lunar New Year 2025.

Buddhism followers and the Vietnamese living in Laos have regularly maintained the community work of helping the poor, people in need and in difficult circumstances, or taking care of the mentally ill.
