A communications campaign, entitled “Blue Heart,” was launched by the Department of Child Affairs at the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, UNICEF Vietnam, the UN Population Fund Vietnam, and UN Women on June 4 in Hanoi.

The Zhishan Foundation – a Taiwanese (China) non-governmental organisation – just presented scholarships of the first phase of 2020 Programme and gifts to 597 students from difficult background in the central province of Thua Thien Hue.
