Vietnam attends ASEM cultural festival in Indonesia
The Vietnamese Embassy in Indonesia recently joined 19 other diplomatic agencies of member nations of the Asia–Europe Meeting (ASEM) cooperation mechanism in a cultural festival held in Jakarta.

According to third secretary of the Vietnamese Embassy in Indonesia Nguyen Do Ngan Giang, the embassy took this occasion to introduce Vietnam’s landscape, people, and traditional cuisine to international friends.
In an interview with the Vietnam News Agency’s correspondents in Jakarta, Masni Eriza, Director for American and European Intra-Regional Cooperation of the Indonesian foreign ministry said the event features a perse range of cultural identities, enhancing and encouraging culture exchange among ASEM member states towards boosting mutual understanding among people in the region.
The festival, held on March 27, is an annual ASEM event, aiming to reinforce connection and cultural exchange, as well as promote the tourism potential of ASEM member countries.
