According to the plan, Bui Van Son's family will receive 80 million VND in support, and Phung Quang Minh’s family will receive 68.6 million VND. Of which, the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Nghe An province will contribute 50 million VND to each family, the rest will be supported by the locality in cash and construction days. The Nghia Hanh Commune authorities will supervise the repair process, ensuring the project is completed on schedule and meets quality requirements.
The renovation of the two veterans' homes is expected to be completed by April 19, 2025.
According to Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Hanh commune, this is a practical activity towards the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day, and shows gratitude to those who contributed to the revolution, especially veterans who participated in helping the Cambodian revolution.
