One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. And that’s very true in Hanoi where a man is taking old broken bicycles, repairing them, and giving them to students who can’t afford to buy their own. His scheme is proving very popular and he’s fast becoming a hero to underprivileged kids in Vietnam.
