The support package is part of Phase 3 of the project “Combatting Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery,” under the component “Providing Reintegration Packages for Trafficking Survivors and Vulnerable Migrants” (TMSV3), funded by World Vision International in Vietnam (WVI-V).

Specifically, 50 motorbikes were handed over to 50 vulnerable migrants reintegrating into the community in five communes - Bac Trach, Dong Trach, Bo Trach, Hoan Lao, and Nam Trach - to provide them with means of transportation for daily work, create stable employment opportunities, and help improve their income and livelihoods.
Since 2023, the TMSV3 project has supported 147 vulnerable migrants and returning victims of trafficking in Bo Trach District and Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province (former), through training activities and livelihood support packages in areas such as livestock, poultry, mechanics, hairdressing, food services, automobile and motorbike repair, as well as agricultural, forestry, and aquaculture production.
These training activities and livelihood support packages not only help reduce the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within the community but also play an important role in enabling beneficiaries to reintegrate into society.
