According to a representative of WVIV, under the cooperation framework, both parties have committed to supporting the livelihoods of impoverished households across various provinces and cities nationwide. The initiative focuses on enhancing livestock farming capacity, increasing household incomes, promoting sustainable agricultural development, and contributing to social security in disadvantaged areas.

In 2025, the program will be launched in three districts of Thanh Hoa province: Nhu Xuan, Thuong Xuan, and Quan Hoa. A total of 232 livestock farming households will receive support through activities such as technical guidance, capacity building for barn construction, and training in poultry farming techniques—particularly duck farming—to help participants acquire essential knowledge and effectively implement sustainable livestock practices.

Each participating household will receive a share of the 22,160 high-quality ducklings, along with animal feed, veterinary medicine, feed additives, and ongoing technical assistance from Mavin Group. This support aims to ensure healthy flock development and minimize disease risks. Additionally, Mavin Group will provide regular market updates and pricing guidance to help households optimize income and enhance competitiveness.

The program aims to deliver tangible economic benefits, enabling individuals to master sustainable livestock farming models, increase their incomes, and achieve financial stability. By doing so, it creates opportunities for children and women in disadvantaged areas to build a brighter future.

Since its launch in 2018, the partnership between Mavin Group and WVIV has supported hundreds of impoverished livestock farming households in Thanh Hoa province through pig, chicken, and duck farming initiatives. Over the years, the program has demonstrated its effectiveness and sustainability, significantly contributing to local livelihood development and poverty reduction.
