In the April 2026 phase alone, the program supported one child-friendly library and 56 classroom bookcases in Nghi Loc commune; donated 195 bookcases in the two wards of Hoang Mai and Tan Mai; and established one children’s library and 10 classroom bookcases in Hoa Quan commune, with a total budget of VND 780 million.

In Nghi Loc commune, building on previously implemented library models, many schools have continued to proactively coordinate and expand reading activities, contributing to the promotion of reading culture.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vo Thi Huyen Oanh, Principal of Nghi Van Primary School, stated: “This is not only material support but also a significant source of encouragement, helping students gain greater access to knowledge. The school is committed to managing, utilizing, and effectively operating the library and bookcases, living up to the organization’s trust.”

In Hoang Mai and Tan Mai, the donation of a large number of classroom bookcases has helped lay the foundation for a “reading ecosystem” within schools, enabling students to access books more regularly. On this occasion, the People’s Committee of Hoang Mai ward also launched the 2026 Book Festival in the locality.

These activities contribute to improving learning conditions, building a reading-friendly environment in schools, and responding to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).
