Children of VietNam Sponsors 4.2 Billion VND for Hue University Students

Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2684/QD-UBND dated October 17, 2024 approving the receipt of non-refundable aid not part of the non-project official support sponsored by Children of VietNam (USA) worth nearly VND 4.2 billion.
Through this project, Children of Vietnam (USA) will support 30 scholarships to support disadvantaged students at universities in Thua Thien Hue province.

There are 20 scholarships for the academic year 2024-2028 for 20 students from the University of Education, University of Foreign Languages - Hue University. The remaining 10 scholarships are for the academic year 2024-2029 for 10 students from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy - Hue University.
Children of VietNam is established in 1998, operating in the field of health support, education and community development in many provinces and cities and has been highly appreciated by all levels, sectors, and localities.
To date, tens of thousands of children in Vietnam have received care from 4 basic programs including Housing, Health and Nutrition – and 2 sub-programs – Empowerment for Women and Children and Hope Care System for Disabled Children.
Children of VietNam contributes to changing the lives of poor, homeless or disadvantaged children, improving their quality of life, providing them with basic skills and opportunities for change towards an open sky and a bright future.
