The project will be implemented from March 2026 to December 2029 in Cam Le ward, Da Nang.

Regarding healthcare support, the project provides access to specialized medical examinations, health insurance coverage, and medical equipment such as hearing aids, walking frames, wheelchairs, and treatment medicines, helping to gradually improve their health.

At the same time, the project supports children and their families in accessing social policies. The implementation of the HSC model creates opportunities for children with disabilities to develop equally and access social welfare in economically disadvantaged areas.

In addition, the project focuses on supporting parents and caregivers by providing knowledge and skills to help children with disabilities access protection, care, and educational services within the community.

The project’s implementation also contributes to raising awareness and responsibility among authorities, organizations, families, and society in protecting and caring for children, especially those with disabilities. It promotes community-wide participation in caring for, educating, and protecting children with disabilities, while building a safe and healthy environment for their comprehensive development.
