Accordingly, 75 gift packages were presented to students of Phu Yen Vocational College, each valued at VND 1 million and consisting of rice and cash, totaling VND 75 million in assistance. This was an emergency international aid initiative designed to provide timely support to affected students and their families, helping them overcome immediate difficulties, stabilize their lives, and continue their studies in the aftermath of natural disasters.

At the handover ceremony, representatives of the Dak Lak Union of Friendship Organizations and Children of Vietnam (COV/United States) extended their care and encouragement to the students, urging them to persevere through current hardships. They also acknowledged the close coordination of the school and relevant agencies in identifying beneficiaries and ensuring that the aid was received and distributed in accordance with regulations in a transparent, accountable, and timely manner.

The activity not only demonstrated timely care and companionship, creating favorable conditions for students to stabilize their lives and pursue long-term studies with peace of mind, but also encouraged them to maintain optimism, continue honing their vocational skills, and strive to become a high-quality workforce contributing positively to local development.
